Hawthorne shall not be liable to the End User for any special, consequential, incidental, punitive or indirect damages arising from the System. Hawthorne's Terms and Conditions of Sale are hereby incorporated by reference, are exclusive and apply to all orders accepted by Hawthorne for Systems. Any additional or different terms and conditions proposed by the End User are expressly rejected by Hawthorne.
