CureCork helps to monitor the relative humidity levels during the curing/airing process in jars, buckets or other containers. Levels over 70% can produce mold on herbs such as dill, oregano and rosemary. By keeping humidity levels in check, the possibility of mold and over-drying is eliminated.

Monitors Temperature
When curing herbs and spices, staying within ideal temperature ranges is absolutely essential. CureCork is completely programmable and helps to monitor the temperature inside your jar or container so that your herbs cure properly.
