The pan measures 16 x 9 x 1″ (41 x 23 x 3 cm) & has three troughs so you make three loaves in one pan. The pan can easily be placed on the shelf of your oven or directly on a baking stone to get the benefits of stone baking. These pans are designed to hold 1 1/2 lb. of bread dough.
