Galaxy 600 watt Electronic Digital Ballast
Compact, quiet, and lightweight, The Galaxy 600 watt Electronic Digital Ballasts operates using electronic circuitry unlike a magnetic ballast. They offer a number of advantages over standard magnetic ballasts. The power factor is 99%, which means that they are very efficient. They are very quiet during operation. They can run either Metal Halide or High Pressure Sodium Bulbs. Soft starts will increase the life of your bulbs. They have built in fuses for protection. They 600 watt draws 5 amps at 120 volts and 2.5 amps at 240 volts. Ballast includes a detachable power cord. They will run at either 120 volts or at 240 volts with the 240v power cord sold separately(SU007).
