Historically used for upset stomachs, colds, diarrhea, neuralgia and kidney disease. Do not use during pregnancy. Direct seed in early spring or
start indoors 4-6 weeks before last frost. Prefers dry, sandy, alkaline soil. Harvest leaves for drying when plant is in full flower.
