i can highly recommend these lamps. i have used these a few times now and have been really happy with the results. my garden really thrives under these lamps. i have noticed improvements in smells and flavours. i have also noticed sick plants will recover faster under these lamps than hops lighting. out performs my 400w hps bulb and as an added bonus is much easier on your eyes
