Grodan Granulate

Granulated stonewool can be used alone or mixed with other loose media such as expanded clay rocks. Eg. The addition of water absorbent granulate to peat mixes at 25-50% volume increases water holding capacity and aeration, improving plant growth and shelf life. The water repellent granulates are superior substitutes for aerators such as perlite and Styrofoam. Bales are 4 cubic feet and 45 lbs.
